Terms and Conditions
Thank you for visiting the the Pinstriping & Signwriting Service's Webshop. Please read the terms and conditions before placing your order and contact us if you have any concerns regarding the content. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions the use of this webshop is not permitted.
Use of the Webshop
When registering as a customer and logging in you must ensure that all the information you provide is true and accurate and as complete as possible. You agree not to use a false name or register as someone else without that person’s knowledge and permission.
Please update your profile in case of personal data changes.
Pinstriping & Signwirting Service Webshop administration reserves the right to modify or withdraw (both temporarily or permanently) any products form the shop with or without prior warning.
If modifications are made without prior notification to our customers, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of such changes, and by continuing to purchase affected goods you are expressing your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the webshop and contact us.
Suitability for use
Pinstriping & Signwriting Service takes great care to maintain the highest of standards of quality in their products, it is however the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for their particular requirements and that the goods arrive in an acceptable condition. Many of the products offered in the webshop are made from natural substances whose behaviour can vary in different environments. Their structure can also vary according to the process used in their assembly. We strive to maintain consistency and continuity in these matters and in no circumstances will entertain claims for the value of work alleged to have been adversely affected by use of any the products acquired via our webshop which prove to be unsatisfactory to the user. Our liability is therefore confined to the value of the goods alone.
All personal information entered into our webshop upon registration and when placing an order is treated in the confidence, with certain exceptions as set out below. All your information will be retained on a secure server purely for use in relation to the processing of your order.
When you make an order on the Pinstriping & Signwriting Service's Webshop, you will be asked for your:
Address (Billing and Delivery)
Contact Telephone Number
Card Payment details (optional, handled via PayPal)
Any delivery instructions
Any personal information is held confidentially. We will only use your information for the following purposes:
1. To process an order.
2. To administer the website
3. With consent, to inform you of any products or special offers that may be of interest to you, via our email newsletter.
If you do not wish to receive our email newsletter, please ensure that the appropriate box is unchecked as you go through the registration/checkout stages. If you decide to sign out of the newsleter please let us know by sending a blank email with the subject header ‘REMOVE FROM NEWSLETTER’ to email@example.com
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and/or user information, we are entitled to do so.
Cookies and server sessions are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. We do not at present leave any cookies on your computer.
Contract Creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and Pinstriping & Signwriting Service are as follows:
· You place the order for your products on the Webshop by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Webshop.
· Order acceptance, payment processing and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have changed or cancelled the order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
· The identification of a pricing or product description error.
· You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
All correspondence throughout the order process will be conducted in English.
Back Orders and Special order items
If your item is not in stock, we will attempt to contact you. Your order may be delayed or corrected, depending on the product and if we are expecting a delivery of the goods to our warehouse. If you wish, the out of stock item can be sent on at a later date, or you may choose an alternative item or it can be cancelled from your order.
Some items listed on our website are marked as ‘special order’ items and such products are not kept at our warehouse. If you choose to purchase one of these items there is likely to be a delay on your whole order until the special order item has arrived from our suppliers. You will be notified of the expected shipping date on special order items by email.
If you are looking for an item produced by a manufacturer that supplies other products that are for sale on our website, please get in touch as we may be able to special order the item in for you.
Bank Wire Payment
If you choose payment by bank wire, you will be provided with account information after confirming your order.
Payment by PayPal
Payment by PayPal is handled on PayPal website. You will need a PayPal account in order to make the payment. After confirming your order you will be redirected to PayPal website automatically.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept any credit or debit card payments via PayPal. If you wish to pay by card check with PayPal to make sure that your card is accepted. After order confirmation you will be redirected to PayPal website where you can finish the payment process.
The order is sent out as soon as the payment is processed. If your order is split and sent in 2 shipments because we are out of stock of something, you are not charged for the second shipment until we send it. If you are shopping from outside of the Norway, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. All transactions will be charged in Norwegian krone (NOK) and will be converted at the then current applicable exchange rate by your credit card company.
VAT (Merverdiavgift, MVA)
Value Added Tax at a rate of 25% is added to all orders.
Pinstriping & Signwriting Service is happy to issue refunds for any items with proof of purchase from the Pinstriping & Signwriting Service Webshop that are returned in a saleable condition within 21 days of the receipt of your order. The return of such items is the full responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be securely packaged to ensure that they arrive back to us undamaged. Short-falls or order errors should be registered within 7 days.
Discounts may be offered in specific cases. This is on a case-by-case basis. If you plan on ordering frequently or in large orders, you may take advantage of this policy.
Descriptions of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Webshop are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Webshop as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Webshop at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
